Gethsemane in conjunction with our sister churches invites you to attend the Annual Joint Fall Revival held October 19-21, 2026, 7:00 pm nightly at Second Baptist Church of Southwest, 5501 Silver Hill Road, District Heights, MD.

Rev. Dr. William H. Curtis of Mt. Ararat Baptist Church, a son of Gethsemane during Rev. Bennett's tenure as Pastor,

will be the dynamic preacher each night.

Information regarding the Joint Fall Revival Choir Rehearsal:

There will be a Joint Revival Choir providing the Music each night.

Brother Adam Davis, Director of Worship Arts, Second Baptist Church and Professor Wilbur Belton, Minister of Music, Trinidad Baptist Church have put together a Music Packet that includes most songs that we know.

GBC had a few participants last year, but we would love to have some more of our choir members to participate this year to support our Pastor and represent our church.

I know a lot of us do not drive at night. I am in the process of trying to see if we can use the church van to transport us to and from the church.

The remaining rehearsal dates are as follows:

Monday, October 19, 2026, from 6PM - 7PM

These rehearsals are scheduled for 1 hour right before service:

Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 6PM -7PM

Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 6PM -7PM

Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 6PM -7PM

*Food will be provided before each service.

*Attire: Black and/or Black and White.

*Please let me know if you would like to participate in the Revival Choir and would like to ride the van.
